Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred during delivery.

7.2 Digital Products

As digital products are delivered immediately:

No refund can be issued once the file has been sent or access has been granted.

By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

8. Liability

TastyWorld shall not be held liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of revenue
Loss of data
Business interruption

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
