📄 REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At TastyWorld, a brand operated by ERA International Trade Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We strive to provide high-quality products and a pleasant shopping experience.

1. Digital Products (ebooks, digital files)

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Ebooks

  • Downloadable files

  • Digital guides

  • Digital recipes

  • Instantly accessible digital content

Once the order has been confirmed and the ebook has been sent by email or made available for download, no refund can be issued.

Digital products are delivered immediately and become permanently accessible to the customer.

In accordance with the terms applicable to digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the file has been delivered or access has been granted.

By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly agrees to waive their right of cancellation once access has been provided.

2. Physical Products (if applicable)

For physical products, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • With its original packaging intact

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in delivery attributable to ERA International Trade Limited.

3. Defective Products or Delivery Errors

If you receive a damaged product or an item different from the one ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

After verification, we will proceed with either:

  • An exchange
    or

  • A refund (excluding digital products)
