1. Order Processing

Orders for physical products are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country.

Typical delivery times are:

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days

  • Other international destinations: 7–15 business days

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, TastyWorld cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

However, if you experience delivery issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the package must be reshipped.


8. Digital Products

For digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Ebooks

  • Downloadable guides

  • Digital recipe collections

  • Other digital content

No physical shipping is required.

Digital products are delivered electronically, usually immediately after purchase, via:

  • Email delivery
    or

  • Secure download link

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive access to their digital product.

Due to the nature of digital content, delivery is considered completed once the download link or access has been provided.


9. Delivery Confirmation

For physical products, delivery is considered completed once the package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
